(1)  Ahead of a petition is filed, the probation officer or other officer of your courtroom designated by it, topic to its direction, shall, in the case of the dependent baby in which the jurisdiction from the court docket is premised on the provisions of paragraph (one), (2), (3), (four), (five) or (7) from the definition of "dependent youngster"
